For those of you still in desire of the wallet..
Here's what i had to get it
Burrito:At Least lvl 4 everything + lvl 5 sling and speedo
All at least lvl 2 gummis
i did it with cyborg jawbreaker, but its easier with the berzerker, if you can unlock him
Time your slams well, to keep yourself as high as possible, getting plenty of swirly cloud things
Make sure you have a single empty slam meter to fill, so you dont waste any on your run
And of course a bit of luck, so keep trying!!
