To get ending D I killed the guy in the jetski…..grabbed a mine dropped by the mining boat blew the boat up…Than just sat and let the submarine kill me…Ending D

to get ending D i think u grab the first guy, put him back on the sailboat, then live till the submarine with missiles comes. im not sure how much of that u have to do, or if its a little off, but thats how i did it. i hope this helps.
