I cant get any xp. Is it a glitch? or something cause im winnig like 2500 a match and it doesn't go up (my money and experience bar) for crap!

you should add more snipers! also, you should make like a profile kind of thing where it takes time to buy the guns, and you can only use 3 different ones during the match (pistols and big guns). Let people kik other people.
