Surgeon Simulator 2013	Apr. 19, 2013 Rating: 0 after throwing the hammer in to his ribs and his ribs falling apart i started to beat his lungs off with a pen then some time during that i get a scaple and stabbing it in his new heart which stuck in to it i got the saw and threw it in to his chest some how cutting his old heart out :L i then threw another pen in and threw in his new heart and some time during this his lungs went flying some where so oh well :L
