todaromikey, I have only 4x speed, and doing ~8k wpm, I strongly suggest you use these tips:
1. Get wave compression X, in settings set wave compression to 10, new runs with this settings are op.
2. Buy only what helps you to one-shot enemies - defense, ultimate (except new bounds) are useless at best. In offensive buy only everything until lifesteal. I also buy damage vs boss and execution upgrages, works for me.
3. Disable gfx in right down corner.
4. This is kinda useless to do, but I am kinda optimisation freak. In options graphics tab uncheck everything and set to low quality, in interface tab in right part uncheck as much as possible (every unchecked box gives a small boost, 3.7% wpm boost for me with some boxes left)
DAC169 - Well, very soon factory becomes totally useless. Maybe even as soon as hq tier 3-4. Since last hard reset I've been playing for like 2 weeks at most, and just leaving the game on insane for a few minutes is paying way, way more than factory's day outcome. So sooner or later, that will be true for you, too. (Wiki says this in a similar manner, also - https://perfecttower.fandom.com/wiki/Factory)
@XxPrestigiousxX Tried a few methods, all to no avail - progress still resets. Seems like no solution exists, even tho I tried making a tab to be always active.
@DAC169 Manual export/import should work.
For afky pet you need exp multi, dunno how much since it's up to you.With time multi raises, 10mil power = 1 exp multi, you just have to pass this hard part at the beginning, later it will be much easier.
