You need some kind of mute function. Just played a game where someone tried to obscure the screen with garbage text and racist, homophobic and frankly offensively illiterate insults. (FYI people, don't play games with "Charlatanic" unless you like being irritated.)

The writing has been quite good, but I'm up to Scaean Gates and nows it's incredibly self-indulgent (really, must every companion get a 2-paragraph namecheck in each engagement?). The transformation of the main character's already irritating abject obsequiousness into whining self-pity especially. And again, in regards to Telemachus: "How could you not love him?" Easily. He's a spoilt sociopath. He just uses a mech to kill people rather than pulling the legs off insects and killing the neighbourhood pets; and if I had any choice I'd have flushed him out the airlock long ago.

Good, but I'm up to 'Courtroom' in 'Politics of War' and you know what? Tulk actually has a point: Telemachus is a sociopathic, spoilt, little brat. Can't we just flush him out the airlock?
