TBTabby has a great point. Although a counter-argument could be that if they had different cooldown timers then you'd use your abilities all at once and it wouldn't be so hard to win. So I suggest a cooldown timer for each ability and a fourth, shorter timer between all casts
Some serious balance issues here. So I shunt a car lightly in the back and it careers off the road and I catch fire. I crash headlong into a car going the other way: EXACTLY THE SAME RESULT

And I was a bit annoyed when my truck was REPEARED - nice spelling
And no reverse? Granted, it adds a bit of difficulty but removes a hell of a lot of realism.
