@dkgeki and Crosaith: Flametongue does work, it's just really small until ~55 when you should have about 900 Int.. Also, Bloodlust doesn't boost(stack with) Flametongue; Flametongue doesn't affect your base damage, it's just a modifier afterwards, so Bloodlust won't boost it's damage.
Flametongue was actually broken, its fixed now. Also the talents do work together (the percent increase of bloodlust applies after the flametongue damage is added).
@Gastyz: your Atk speed probally getting lower 'cause you gaining strength thru items. More Strength = slower, but more powerful and preciser damage attacks, more Agi = faster attacks, wider range of damage.
