does the energy restore itself over time? and how do i save the game?

ok, can someone plz help me? i'm looking for a tank name/code for a tank that's good at dodging, and can both take and dish out a decent amount of damage, and has a decent amount of ACs and SFs. i think i'm at class 6. plz send me a message if you can help a guy out who's really bad at doing up tanks, lol.

skiz, love the ideas, but you may wanna reconsider the graphics suggestion. some people can't afford the latest thing and have to still be stuck with old modles. well... oldish, compared with these days, lol. anyways, just a friendly notice :-)
