This guy is offline and every time i try to attack him it says "This player has just returned to their base and cannot be attacked at the moment!" and it shows hes still offline. why?

KIXEYE is a hacker! B4 the update he had a level 1 Former. Now its been 1 day and his Former is level 6, thats not right.
