I finally got 100% completion! If you need help with the arena, mecha85 is completely right. If you try to kill the black captain and engineer as fast as possible, it become a LOT easier. The same can be said for survival. Prioritize what trophy you want. If you want survival, just try to avoid enemies at all costs. The loot one is MUCH harder than the distance one because you need to go much further than 4000 meters. I died almost immediately after getting the achievement with around 6100 meters! With the gold one, you want to keep up your combos at all costs. If you have a combo of more than fifty and have the double soulons, you can get over one thousand soulons per occult wizard kill. It may be very, very difficult to do, but remember, the achievement is an impossible one so it comes down to skill and strategy! I hope this helps anyone having trouble with any parts of the game!
