Okay some quick tips.
1: The helper pointer in the swap town always choose at the bottom first so if it points at one of the top tiles you do not got many choises.
2: It will always choose tiles instead of abilities and guards.
3: Try to create a chain reaction.
4: Use the mages ground ability or the horn speciality if things are going slow.
Mobilisation only comes if there is NOTHING you can do.
