I found that just waiting a minute or so, the BOTD will register and your achievements return

This is my new favorite idle, the one thing that makes it non idle is having to pause to make sure you get Wonders before the other NPC's. Not sure how to resolve that issue, but pausing the game when i cant be at the computer means its not an idle game. Keep up the great work, because this is a great game.
