If UP costs are going to go up benefits shouldn't go down or vice versa. For example "Can't Touch This" level 2 costs 2 but only provides 4% movement speed. The benefits from ascending are so incredibly marginal they don't feel worth the effort. Ascension points need to be at least 10x more attainable or 10x more effective. Maybe both.

Seppuku wasn't removed, it only appears while you're at max level.
