I don't understand why people like these. They aren't games. They're simply follow-the-creator's-weird-logic with no actual reward simulators. Maybe if it were part of something larger it would be worthwhile...but as it is it just seems like a game mechanic rather than a game.
There's a reason why games like Fire Emblem which are turn-based strategy allow you to move and attack with all of your units in one turn. Because when you don't it's too slow! This combined with the connection issues simply makes this game not fun for me, despite the interesting story and good voice acting.
4/5- It's not bad, but it's too easy to get badges and the cells aren't very different. I like it less than Amorphous because everything here is just circular orbs rather than distinct enemies with very unique animations. It looks more polished though, so points for that.
I think this game is a vast improvement. The new upgrade system is more complex and allows for more diversity, the new points system is more complete, and the addition of armor stats to the enemies makes it difficult to win with the "spam level 1 mages" strategy.
5/5.
I absolutely hate this game. It's not very in depth, the "strategy" challenges are mostly luck, and it's frustrating, not challenging. The controls are terrible, the AI sucks. 0/5
The first one was much better. This has too much unnecessary stuff added to it, and in both you need to work on polishing them (text size fitting boxes, spelling, etc.) 3/5
I'm glad to see this game was made more difficult between the time it came out and the card/badges were released. It's much better now, though still pretty easy.
4/5 - You need to do something to fix the blitz strategy. I beat the entire game quickly by just attacking all out on the enemy bubbles from the start, which stops it from being a strategy game. Maybe put a timer on the bubbles so you can only release from them every 10 seconds or something, that way you can't just send all your dudes to attack at the very start.
