Just uploaded version 1.1 which may address a lot of your concerns.
*Repair Base cost is much lower.
*Junk awarded per find in search mini-game is a little higher.
*Added extra scientists to early levels to allow earlier upgrades.
*Tweaked early waves to make them a little easier.
This game is highlighted on Kong's Home. The featured levels (designed by players) are terrible, the command's response is also terrible and there are no one playing. It makes this game a waste of time.
The concept and the art is great, but I don't feel like I am battling if I can't choose the moves. I'm just clicking on a dice and watching the animation. An auto-attack button would do the same. Sometimes the Druid attacks, sometimes he heals. It is too random. I also would like a "sleep" option at the tavern, so I can heal all the characters.
If you lose a barrel's jump boost, you get stucked. Same if you push the wrong wall. It's very challenging and involves a lot of level restarting. Amazing concept.
Doesn't disappoint. I like how you can realocate all your points and sell upgrades at any point of the game and with no cost. It estimulates the trying of new strategies.
Honestly, the necro is kinda useless. When he joined the party I already had a tank, a healer and an archer. So, I just take his ressurrect ring and gave to the healer (which makes sense), and gave his boots to the archer. Then I thought: "how this guy is gonna help me?". He becomes the weaker of the party.
Great game, but the end kinda disappoint me. The notes say it's a trap, that it's all lies and you can only go ahead and free the demon after all. 5/5 even so, but take my feedback.
