Great game, but I think there should be some sort of bonus for lives kept, like, if you finish without dieing, you have three lives left, you get 300 extra gold, 2 lives, 200 extra, and so on.

The main game's probability issue kind of takes away from the game, the survival mode kicks a decent amount of ass though.
