Public Debt and the National Deficit are two different (but related) things... so I think that would cause even more confusion. Debt is generally notated with a negative sign on financial statements, so I'll leave it how it is. It's mostly just people's confusion at it not being red but being negative. Which is what I wanted people to see... but they didn't exactly interpret it how I wanted them to.
Yeah. The way it works is that an investigation has to be of at least a certain roll to even have a chance of finding a scandal. The value of that cutoff point is higher when you investigate people with nearly flawless past.
Installing the latest shockwave player will fix the campaign problem. Just google 'shockwave player' and download from adobe website. It doesn't help the loading times unfortunately lol.
