After a certain point, it feels like the sole upgrade that really matters is the auto-clicker time reduction. The coins gained through character's talents are negligible. A giant combo gets about 70.000 coins, but just spamming trios gives several millions per hero charged, so there's no incentive to go for big combos or really do anything but click madly. Similarly, the ooze payouts still feel underwhelming, only the ooze containers have meaningful payouts and that one is capped at 4880 for now, which is not much in the face of prices of over 300,000 or even 400,000 ooze.
I think the progression for the heroes' skills need to be more quadratic just like the coin payout for charging a hero, 90 ooze per charge just doesn't cut it, all skills need to have a cumulative effect of adding +x% over the previous level, rather than just +x unless they end up becoming underwhelming in the endgame.
Old Chinese proverb says: "When you listen to whoever said "When you make a whole top row or left column in a slider puzzle, you can pretty much forget about it", you must take in mind that this does not always count. Hiyah! Zen, hwoooah." And then he feared not the outcome of a thousand battles and beat this game.
I'm still stuck however, damn you, Sinflower, DAMN YOU!! ;-;
"Congratulations! You got wood!"
One minute in, and we have already established this is the best game ever. Of course, it keeps up this level of greatness all the way through the game. 5/5
Clearly, this is one of the best game plots ever, the plot twists are just so numerous.
Also, Customize Mode is great! :D (Although I have trouble discerning what you mean with S and Z, until I figured out those are those HORRIBLE pieces that always ruin your game with asymmetry. D:)
Wow, this is a truly brilliant story. At first it's extremely confusing, which makes you want to find out more, an then all the pieces suddenly fit together, it's also quite evenly stretched out between the 'branches'. This is the best story I've ever seen in an online game, I'd say it's even up to par with many great stories of retail games! The music is very powerful too, whenever the music switches to the 'dramatic' piece, you know the situation is serious, and it makes the scenes feel much more 'epic'. The time I got the ending with Angela screaming at the swings, I just got a shiver all over my body!
Truly magnificent, a well-deserved 5/5!
Also, is it just me, or is Future Todd extremely clumsy? Is there even one fight scene where he doesn't lose his ear-piece? He should perhaps tape it onto his head. :P
Still a great game! Fenomenal music, epic and hilarious voice acting, not too hard or easy, strategic battles. And of course Veradux. He alone merits a 5/5! Now we only need Sonny 3... Well, and some damned closure for the story!
New update gets rid of this problem.
