That took a while..
For bonus level 3 you must split directly through the middle vertically. Wait until the long ones have rebounded off the sides twice and there will be a large gap vertically, then do it. This will split it in half then make the remaining space into another square, from there it should be easy.
I found that slightly easy... I pretty much stayed at the bottom of the screen going side to side the whole time with the exception of the "Massive Entity's"
