For the magic skill, every level makes your magic attacks cost cheaper. At level 4, your charge with the sword cost 92. At level 5, it costs 90. So you can easily say that every level make the skill cost 2 points cheaper. For health, it's surely the same way but with damage. Keep this on for newbs.
Yeah, at first day, buy the level 3 laucher. You must get at least 750$ at first day, so try to get those gold bumper and gold coins. After, you buy level 1 e-rocket and the rest goes to the launcher. AT my third try, I got the hard badge.

You need to have NO helping tower, otherwise this trick won't work.
When the first big boss appears, fire enough bullet to make it hold still. Whenever it goes a bit lower, fire enough bullets to make it still. Eventually, the wind will pick up so you'll need to make sure you fire straight enough. I got bored and let em got me at 726 seconds.
