Idea: You hae the option to make an iten alive, but it will not have any function on the doll's body, so you should can turn itens on a specific bodypart s you can make coll things such as a robotic arm or a stick leg.. :D
You should make something that let the doll "sick", that slowly damage hin and let the doll's skin more green, it would contaminate other ragdolls that are near the infected one, and at the end it kill the ragdoll. (Sorry for bad grammar i dont speak english right -.-)
You should add a warning when you click the Clear button, sometimes I click on it and not wanting to lose all that I fis, put a notice saying You really want to clear all? and 2 buttons, a written yes and the other no.
