Oh well, i guess nobody'll find my dead body in the sewer under the bathtub. Following my erlier comment, hit all the pirates in the royal bathtub and get your health down to 0. Pull out the plug, wait for the water to go down, then instead of jumping on the spring at the bottom of the bath, go down the hole to the sewer place. Then all you have to do is jump on the spring in the sewer and then you should die, just like before. Try it out! By the way, if you don't do things quick enough, it won't work.
There's something wrong with one of the springs. I jumped onto it and then i died the moment i touched it! When you're swimming in the giant bathtub, swim into all the pirates and make your health go down to 0. Then pull out the plug at the bottom, wait for all the water to go down, then jump on the spring. The very moment you touch it, you should die!
