Some changes that I thought would enhance gameplay are: 1)When planning out where to place buildings, it would be extremely helpful to have a way to toggle a grid system on and off, instead of just having it available when placing a building. It would make planning out one's city much easier. 2) Another feature that would be incredibly useful is a way to toggle on and off the jurisdictions of specific municipal buildings. That way you wouldn't have to look at each municipal building and hope that you calculated your coverage correctly.
