When a guild leader can be replaced is way to high. Have to wait 10 days before he gets voted out and thats if he isnt on... if he comes 3 times 1 month he still is guild leader I think that needs to be changed maybe with some sort of voting thingy to remove them and more power to be giving to the asst.
