So many ways you could have gone with this, but you took the lamest one :(
So not the same developer as the first one... No evidence of him letting you upload it on your profile... And in the description you ask for people to rate 5 stars, only someone wanting points or popularity would do something like that... So I'm almost positive it's stolen...
