@donaldiscool1 If u haven't still gotten something(aka an item(weapon,armor piece,ring,or an item like the magical cabbage) that replenishes ur mp/hp constantly after each battle if u infuse ur armor/weapon pieces with it),focus on item drops in that case,because u will get them sooner,but of course if u focus on magic first then u will be able to heal more hp once u get them and before that if ur hp is critically low and there are no more health restoring items like the mushrooms/fungus that u can turn into health pots,so its completely up to u and ur current situation.Just be careful not to get killed out there.The cave is a dangerous thing;)

@donaldiscool1 Ps:The trick to beating this game in 1 run is upgrading ur skill tree with stuff that leads to defense and upon leveling up leveling up only ur defense and nothing else,because its really the most important attribute in my opinion,because monsters hurt u much,MUCH less than if u upgraded something else,like attack,because:Even though u don't hurt them as much,they don't hurt u as much either,so its a good tradeoff for when u have to(read are forced to)go through enemies that would otherwise hurt u much,MUCH more if u had upgraded attack instead of defense,like the cave scorpions,frogs,turtles and such.Also make as many healing,defense and attack potions as u can:U're going to need them.And ur luck is god tier if u manage to find a piece of armor,a weapon or an item that can give u permanent mp+ when defeating an enemy,or at least a hp+ at the very least:U'll very much need these.
@dolaldiscool1 Its not actually because u go deeper and deeper but the more times that u use the escape wings and reenter the dungeon.That's when people start leaving lol,because(as u may have noticed):The more u use the escape wings,the more people will be signed off as dead on the sign that says how many people have died thus far,so the more times u need to use them and reenter the dungeon,the more people will die.I actually completed the game in 1 RUN(and no,I'm not even kidding),so nobody was harmed and it was a happy ending for everyone:) (except for the people that died in previous years;( )
Ttran1 Sorry I was wrong lol.It really doesn't.It only regens ur sp quicker,but it doesn't actually give u an infinite amount of it.Well that sucks doesn't it lol
Ttran1 It does actually,it just doesn't show that it gives u infinite sp,but it recharges ur sp as soon as u use it,so in a way it is actually infinite lol
Kirety if u own the city then why bother doing quests anymore u could just take over the next city and so on and so forth lol(unless u're talking about the first city that u do rule dialogue,in which case I'm sorry for being a dumbass lol XD)
Lol man the holy order's troops are so op.Like,first they have crossbowmen,then master bowmen,then knifethrowers and mounted knifethrowers,and then inquisitors(the strongest unit EVER!!!)I'm damn impressed lol.Finished the game with lv 44 and a whole army of inquisitors(they're basically like mounted master knifethrowers.)These are their stats:Actually.No.U know what?I aint gonna spoil it for ya.Go figure it out urself once u unlock them,and then see just how op they are(even WITHOUT intelligence,art of war,and patriotism,these are still,in my opinion,the best units in the game)
