Red cells really shouldn't be allowed to spawn in narrow corridors... Two times in five games was I killed because there were literally no places to go even before I got to that area.. Turned a 5/5 into a 4/5 for me.

Just keep restarting until you get 4 of every colour and symbol on the first level. Then hoard your power ups, only using them to get more or when you are stuck with NO other options.

How to beat level 75: Send your 100 starting jellies up to the barracks directly above you, and continue until you reach the top left barracks. Send all of your remaining jellies to the nearest lab and then send them to the center lab. Then, send everything into the Pirate King jelly. This will sometimes capture him, depending on what path the AI is going that particular game. It may take a few tries, but it is much easier than using proper methods and will give you a 3-star score.

How to beat level 45: Send all 105 of your starting troops to the centre lab, ignoring the towers completely. As soon as you take control of the lab, send all of those troops into the Pirate King Jelly guy. This will be just enough to take control of him, resulting in an easy win.
