Kongai will never work with SuperNova because this particular game requires the API (or something like that) to load, and SuperNova is incompatible with it. Thus, the only to play it is having a working installation of Flash (see this thread: https://www.kongregate.com/forums/1-kongregate/topics/1932807-here-are-ways-to-continue-playing-flash-games-in-2021 ), then installing my user script to play with Flash (see this thread: https://www.kongregate.com/forums/1-kongregate/topics/1954038-usermade-solution-to-the-flash-games-situation ).

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE THE BADGE, to claim your badge of the day, go here: http://www.kongregate.com/feedbacks/new Select "missing card, badge or achievements", then input BattleHand in the "game" section and select the correct game. Then, select "badge of the day-..." (should be selected automatically). Finally, send the report and you should IMMEDIATELY get your missing points and blocks. If you do not have the badge, then I fear there may be no solution other than waiting and expecting they switch it to another badge.

If you cannot place the balls on the billiard, restart the game until you can. I had only to restart once.
