Items
- Damage ranges for weapons are very random. Consider tying the RNG for damage to the $ value of weapon.
- Consider a backpack box versus the scroll bar for items, very difficult to sort or organize items. Particularly if retaining alt sets for blacksmithing or other. Really like the scrolling and how it fits with the game design but it isn't functional for organizational purposes.
Pets
- Include a CP rating for pet
- Add mana bar for pet
- Skills organized by class to avoid unnecessary skills
- Allow to set to Protect (absorb damage for player) or Damage (stays back and avoids damage, attacks with range, magic, etc). Currently, even at max pet level they die in a few rounds at higher level with marginal benefit to player.
Misc
- Change CRT display to reflect a % so we can better gauge value of skill
- Value of many titles is questionable, particularly when looking at x0.7hp or similar given player inability to not act as a tank.
Looking forward to your next update!
Love the game, really fantastic to watch the updates roll through and see it become so much more than it was originally. Some thoughts below for consideration.
Balance
- Difficult named (Ancient, Mercs, etc) are not remotely close to killable at lower levels. This improves with level although upper end it seems mob dmg has been increased with last patch which means mobs with a far lower cp than my own are not doable.
- Specializing as a caster is next to impossible due to limited mana pool, even with +XXX mana items due to cost of spells vs dmg done. Consider increasing mana pool with level

25 gold stars. The on,y downside is that it isn't entirely reliant on strategy. Odds come into play with how ships appear on the screen and if you get a series that overlap then you'll have to restart until you get a more favorable dispersal.
I'm fairly close to 25 gold stars. It's challenging but doable with some effort. Good game, it just needs an easy mode for the less capable to avoid low ratings.
that will be in a (distant) update. This game is over 5000 lines of code and I still have much to teach. Baby steps......
