how to easily earn money in this game for those who want to buy everything quite early
step 1: click settings and then physics
step 2: put "# of onscreen objects" to 40 (max) and then close. physics quality is up to your liking
step 3: spam grenades
repeat step 3 constantly untill you receive your desired amount of money.

Can you try reseting your settings (Settings > Menus > Reset Settings)? If that doesn't help, can you record that (using Gifcam/OBS/etc) and post in the Bug Reports thread on the forums so I can see what it looks like. Doesn't sound like anything I've encountered before.

If you trigger it, it haves a random chance of doing a critical hit, sending ragdolls fly and do a lot of damage
