My Strategy: Max upgrades that do good in general, like the fuel, the general upgrade, steering, so on. Then go for the windmill windup thingy. The reason I do that is so that I can fly low on the ground and just let the windmills carry me most of the ride. If you miss one, just use fuel. It is hard to get the hang of but pays of. +1 if it helped you.
