I thought the your personal pick was crap, til I accidently left my game running overnight and hand 300+ royalite. I decided to be stupid and invest everything into blacksmith level. I had finished with a pick better than all my workers X10! it is very much worth it, it just seems to only build slowly. like if your current pick is 100 then the strongest the next pick can be is 120 or something. but it is worth it!
