@MooseAlba : Well, I very much see where you're at (98% map, 95% items and the feeling that there's nothing else to explore) and I feel you. You could think of what the items you found could help you find that you didn't find previously even though you've been there already... SPOILER ALERT : bottom squares, use the xray (automatic, always active) to discover new paths you didn't see at first without the xray, and then use teleport (automatic) to go to this new path even though there's no open dor or way to get there without teleport.
