I absolutlely CANNOT get things to "spawn" as it were. AT ALL. Not just this tutorial either I've been on a few other sites before this. Have followed these instructions to the letter, three times, and still not working. I f***ing give up.
Needs to be harder. Although being familiar with flash programming myself I know how hard it can be taking on board comments, sometimes it's just too damn difficult lol. Good try though, just needs polish.
Awesome game. 4* from me.
Some suggestion for a sequel though:
Perhaps give the game a little more graphical polish.
Upgrades are nice but you could expand a bit more I think.
Bosses?
Difficulty modes would be good.
Different shaped maps would be cool.
Throw in a side-scrolling based story mode (for the hell of it).
Still a bloody good game mind. =)
This game sucks, on the last level i went through a whole tank of fuel (failed the mission) because he ONLY lasered me, he never sent ANY rockets, there was no way for me to finish.
MUCH better than DTD.
Combo attacks are an awesome idea and sandbox mode is ftw.
much batter looking than DTD and upgrades system is better too letting you have more freedom.
What's this tailslide trick everyones on about? after 1 minute 50 of momentum building i did this trick and didn't even get firecracker!?
I did it almost straight away after it registered on the combo but it was so quick i didn't see it even happen.
