In my opinion “Spooky Pic” is different enough from the original photo in feel to be allowed, even though it’s largely blur. With the black and white, it really works. At some point when they look more photographic, we allow them. If the response from the Kongregate account is the only one you’ve received, this is the most likely explanation. If it’s available online anywhere, you could shout or whisper me a link to it, and I’ll give you an idea of whether it would be allowed in the future. In some cases of photoshopped photos, we allow them to be reuploaded on appeal. show less
