One Idea I haven't heard mentioned a lot. A smiley bleep button to toggle whether you can see other players. This would be particularly useful in boss fight levels were there are often 20 or so people crowding to the same couple of blocks.

is the level that says 'teh end' and is all red with no spikes and when you click the words you respawn really the end of the game?
