Physical Structure: The subject has wavy, shaggy gray hair, that falls into his face, and casts over his shoulders. His wide green eyes perceive the world around him with a curious glow. Subject’s pale, thin body is lithe and agile. A pair of cat ears protrude from the top of his head, and a fur-covered tail from his tailbone, each gray like his hair. From the left ear hung a silver ring, which caused his ear to droop. The subject’s teeth were recorded as sharper than a human’s, able to rip through flesh. His fingers have small scars, along with his fingerprints. On the back-right side of his neck, the number ‘1996’ was scrawled boldly in black ink. Clothing: The ‘Neko’ wears a black leather collar around his neck, with a silver bell hanging from the center. His chest is covered by a shirt, under a tan bomber jacket. His blue jeans have a hole in the back, for his gray tail to protrude from, and a steel chain hangs from the first belt loop on the right, to the one on the right hip. On his feet, he wears a pair of black skating sneakers, with a gray ‘DC’ logo written on the exterior side, which was partially covered by the jeans’ legs. The ring of a skull lays on his right hand’s middle finger, and a pair of headphones around his neck, trailing to an MusicPlayer3 device in his jacket’s interior pocket. Looped around a frog set into his jeans, to hold it, hung a black whip.

Personality: Subject is distant in mind, rarely responsive. Data suggests it is due to the splicing, that it had traumatized him. He seems to have a slight distrust of others, and prefers to listen to his music, over a conversation. Allows close friends to call him ‘Fluffy’. His expression is always observant, and his lips pulled into a horizontal line. If frustrated, subject wags his tail; and will purr if happy. The subject has found a dependency upon the drugs: THC and alcohol.

Log: Subject escaped on April 4, 1996. All security guards were found burned, along with the facility. The facility’s mainframe had survived the scorching, but all files on the subject, aside from physical structure were deleted, or corrupt. The subject had been spotted several times, across the globe. The A.O.S.H.W.A. organization _{(Agency of Splicing Humans With Animals.)} ceased their search fourteen years after the subject’s escape.

Blueprints: The subject’s blueprints were first used at the date of 1981. This is when Subject 1996 had been created.
~Subject 1996: The subject was comprised of transplanted organs, from the corpse of a ten year old. Technology and magic both had created a ten year old boy into a quick-growing homunculus that had a slower rate of age. This sort of homunculus was implanted with an NRM at the center of his spinal cord, on the interior. The subject was made to test splicing with a witch’s familiar. The familiar is to be a gray-furred Maine Coon.~
