It dosent count escorts or interceptors as a token or percent of what in the fleet you have defeated until all hosts are gone, please fix this clipwire

I noticed when you bring up the omega matter extractor upgrade screen it shows a prime matter gem on the big picture inside the extractor, please fix this bug.
