When the buttons work for everybody I will change the surface and I maybe add a "+/- rate per second system". But I am not sure if it is a good idea because there will be a lot of more numbers on the screen ...
Patch launched. Not really much has changed mechanically. I've increased the bloom rate of flowers a little bit. Mostly just cosmetic changes. I think there may be a little bit of confusion regarding the "1 nectar" issue. I ran a 48 hour trace on the game, and nectar collected just the way I programmed it. You will sometimes see butterflies collect less nectar than their capacity. This is because there is less nectar in the flower than the maximum they can carry.
I appreciate all the feedback that the community has given me. It has really helped me work on making this a well polished and fun game. You guys are all awesome :)
Just wanted to let everyone know you are not forgotten. I've fixed the bugs and re-balanced (i.e. - flowers blooming too slow, and sound volume controls not working) for the upcoming patch. Right now I'm just working on the system for unlocking new flower and butterfly types. Everything should be up and running Monday, and I really appreciate everyone's patience. I wish I could get it up sooner, but I work really weird hours at my corporate job.
