player_03: No it does not, if I get 1 billion transcended bits, spend them all on transcoding, then transcend... The game will make me get my next bit as if it was my billion and one bit and not my first. Try getting the income needed for 1 000 000 001 trancended bits and only have 1 bit available. I tried... and had to go back to my backup save.
Hi! Thanks for the insight :) It made me think, so i made buying the bit upgrades a little less risky: you can only buy them when they don't cripple your production, meaning that for example the 256 bit ×2 upgrade becomes available at 513 bits etc. One is still advised to wait a little before buying them so the remaining bits with the added bonus can raise the overall production levels. On the other hand.. why didn't i do it this way in the first place? :)
Really like this game, my only problem is: Trancoded bits are not only lost, but still affect my total transcended bits even when they are long gone and no longer any close to useful.
I would suggest that losing them is fine, but the total trancended so far should stop considering them
1- It would be slightly faster to earn some back (if you don't spend many, you wouldn't really feel it, it's more for the long run)
2- People trancoding slightly too much or buying one upgrade too much wouldn't ruin their game. (trust me, having so many total transcended bits and having none of them available, does ruin your game.)
Not sure the skill/magic system is really well thought:
Level 1: 100% elemental, 5 mana, 0,8 second
Level 2: 110% elemental, 7 mana, 1 second
So it takes 25% longer, 40% more mana, to do 10% more damage?
Is there something i'm missing?
