The first game in a long time to deliver a new TD experience. Would like to see some way to change skill set, "undo" only works for one round. And would like to extend the game experience some way. Very solid work... could be the start of a successful franchise.
Improved graphics compared to SS1. Unfortunately, the game can be laggy at times, which hurts the gameplay experience. SS1 would identify how busy each server was, which was helpful to avoid excessive lag. Also, the graphics, while better, almost overwhelm the screen, which make it difficult to pinpoint the cursor to wear you want to go. I don't need a tree that takes up half the screen. In addition, the mulitple vendors in town are too confusing to start. Even as a regular player of SS1, it's difficult figuring out where I am supposed to go for what. You should also add a log-out button, as was had in the last game. Also, the monsters overlap in battle sequences, making it difficult to pinpoint which one you want to attack. Reduce the size of the monsters. As it's just released, I have confidence that these improvements will be made by the developers, who seem to respond to our feedback. I gave a 5/5 to SS1. And for now, it's got my vote again.
Silly. No silly is too nice. Stupid. I can understand some games, such as other video games, that are cross-marketed. But don't get us to play some game that sucks, whose only purpose is to get us to watch a sucky movie. Over it.
Troops should auto-engage in the same manner that enemy troops do. It's really annoying when they stay right outside your range, and your troops allow them to get picked off one by one. It's not like players have great control over their troops anyway.
It does have some problems in gameplay, notably: 1) the indeterminate point and click approach is flawed and requires pinpoint-accuracy (or a lot of practice) and 2) the troops do not respond effectively to commands when ordered. But overall, it's a good effort.
I like that the game resists a gameplayer's urge to try an immediate rush attack and that there is a moderate difficulty level in this game.
It's good to make a game hard, but it shouldn't be so hard to play. 4/5
Why do all these people who haven't been on the site complain about badges all the time? Here's a hint. Kong only gives out badges when it's a popular game.
Quite stupid. It doesn't even vary things up, or at least take out repeats. Go through 50 words and I got the same 3 letter opening 6 times.... try again.
