Why is the counting system in this game so odd? 1,000 M is equal to 1.000 B so why bother having 1,000 M. You don't say one thousand million so why write it that way?

This game takes quite a lot of bugs. During the tutorial my cell would dissapear right at the beginning and would not reappear. Also during multiple missions i would get stuck in the middle of the current and have to restart the mission to continue one with playing the game. I understand that this game is still in beta, but it is rather agrivating having to constantly restart for one reason or another.
