I tend to enjoy idle games such as this a lot more than I should because I like discovering what comes next. I truly love the branching plots. However, now at the Ruins - Deep in Ancient Ruins, I find myself losing all interest. Before, research was super grindy. Now research is even more grindy with lower drop rates and a MUCH higher level needed to max summons out. On top of that, you now need so many seeds that those take ridiculously long to grind as well.
And on top of that, without spending money or saving up all of your rubies (to your own detriment), you have to play actively and sit there for hours allocating the seeds so you don;t come back an hour later with your seeds full and time wasted.
This is a great concept and was engaging for a while, but it just becomes even grindier the longer you play. I can no longer justify continuing.
Left my autoclicker on on accident and it made me do one of those "Picking this choice will lock the other" and my mouse hovered over the one I didn't want to do. There goes my "good guy" playthrough
If the rare enemies are as hard to encounter as they are right now, they definitely need massively increased research drop chance. And I mean close to 100%
I can't even get close to beating Dim Cave but have nothing else to do but Slime Lovers...So unless that opens something up, I'm stuck. Also, things are moving so slowly that I'm already bored.
Loved the beta, but this could use some tweaks
I got what appears to be a music box while fishing (saw it floating near the edge of the screen and clicked on it) and now it's on the dock next to the fisher....Does it do anything?
After reaching level 19, I can no longer handle the grind. I honestly only plan on coming back, something I would love to do, if there are balancing fixes to either exp drops, item drop rates, and/or decreases in exp needed to level up.
There needs to be something that calculates your attack and defense per second so you know if investing in the higher level defense and attack options is really worth it
