Arena needs a max level for opponents. Tired of facing people 15 levels higher than me.

In pvp i mean.
Once you reach level 10+, It's almost impossible to win without spending real money.

The matchmaking system does not indicate your current level. It's more about how successful you are and matches up against equal successful players.
