So I ran into a bug where the first cutscene with the gang in the park won't trigger? I've done literally everything else, but I can't get it to trigger. Any ideas? I've even completely restarted the game!
Who have you shown the photo to? There's a handful of people you can show it to trigger that cutscene. You just need to show the photo to one of them.
