Tournament Postponed until the summer of 2010

The following is an announcement of kongregate player only ballistick arena tournament. I Military_ Might AKA Oafie will be looking for recruiters for the next few weeks. If you are interested please leave me a shout. This is volunteer only. The fallowing criteria must be met to be a recruiter. If you are in the top 20 in this weeks kills on a Saturday you will be automatically added to the list upon request. Recruiters ARE allowed to compete. There will be no more then 20 recruiters. The following is the standard criteria

1. At least a 4.0 kill death ratio.
2. At least 5000 kill.
3. At least an average of 8 kills a round.
4. A rating of B+ or higher.

This all can be seen in your profile. If you meet all but 1 of the criteria you can either face me or a recruiter in a best of 5 match if successful you will be added to the list.

If you are interested in competing in the tournament the following will be required. There is no bending of these rules.
1. Approval of a recruitment officer.
2. No camping and no free killing.
3. Absolutely no hacking. If you are found hacking we will report you and have that account banned.
4. Minimal lagg. It isn’t fair if someone is jumping around like crazy. To correct and prevent lagg close any and all programs you have running that are not necessary. That also includes other tabs in your Internet. Fire Fox has shown that it will cause you to lagg. We suggest explorer or safari.

We suggest becoming familiar with world time zones or downloading a time zone map. There will be set times for each match and to miss or not show up counts as a loss. So make sure you have free time. We will work to be flexible so no ones up at 3:30 A.M to play a match. If you miss

Each match will consist of 4 player games and will be best out of 5. If it comes to a tie then it will be a one on one single game to decide the match. If again this comes to a tie. Then in the next round that who ever kills who first wins.

The tournament itself will consist of 80 players including the recruiters. Each match will have at least 2 players in it that is if the others do not show up. If you are the only one there. You will join the game and stay by yourself until you win 3 rounds or 1 of your opponents join. If an opponent joins then the former single player wins will still stand. So don’t be late.
