So I watch an ad... Kong says you can now claim your reward... I close the ad window and the game says Sorry no ADS at this time as a response instead of giving me my reward....

This was an amusing game xD. After reading some comments I decided to post how I solved the problem of clients complaining about elevators. I built two high load elevators side by side with one staff one next to it. going up to floor 5 then on floor five I built two more next to those going up to floor 10 then next to them I build two more going up to 15 and so on. I suggest building a second staff one following the same idea on the other end of your hotel. While this causes a lot of elevator hopping, staff, and clients don't care about that.
