It's generally a good idea to walk around outside of dungeons when you have the choice anyway, as you can find crafting items, sometimes chests, and get your observation skill up a lot.
@Sobe121 Looks pretty much like a "game", which in this case really just means a banner to advertise for the link that's in the lower right corner of the banner.
Oh, and on a side note... "And what do I mean "Game over?" I hear you cry..." Didn't cry. "Did you win? Did you lose?" You made it so you can't lose, and it's Game over, so I absolutely won, no question there, just putting that out there ;)
"Maybe next time you're playing a game you'll rate it more on how much fun you're having and less on how complex the upgrade system is."
This game is easy, and it has lot's of upgrades, forcing the player to build up money and purchase things to make the game look better, as well as make their destructive power better. While there is no "path" to be taken here, I find it funny that the game was made with a professing of the quote I put above this comment, then making it all about upgrades, and turning it into an awesome game because of it.
Anyway, 5/5 for this game, and I hope you make other games that have just as complex upgrade systems and more AND are fun as this one all at the same time.
Cheers.
1/5. No flagging here, because it works, and does what it's supposed to. That said, it's got nothing to keep me wanting to even try and win the jackpot. I failed the first time and was done. Add actual games, or draw an actual slot machine, at the very least.
If the game doesn't work submit a bug report? The only bug report we can submit is the game doesn't load. Expect a lot of variations on that if you really want bug reports, because it simply doesn't do anything.
MicroFont=100% n00b is just an awesome description, cause pairing that with the instructions of "Idk figure it out" tell you everything in the universe.
1/5, and flagged. Fix it, cause no one can play it, and get intelligent instructions.
For what this game was, and repetitive as it was, it was fun as hell. Ok, jokes aside, it was awesome. I give it a 4/5 only because the leveling up was neat, and took this as what it was, a little arcade fun with some nice adventure game and rpg game elements (little, but they were there) mixed in.
So as an arcade game, it was very entertaining.
Tip: Max out money first, all the way, and just use the money to buy insta-kills to kill the monsters for money, as well as remove objects for the obstacles. Trust me, you'll make enough, and by the time you get to max amount, you'll be making double what it costs to buy both of them, so you're gaining ground the whole way. I had enough money by the end to upgrade everything but sight to max.
Ok, I'm giving this one a 3/5.
1.) The art was pretty good, I like that style for this kind of game, so kudos. 2.) The game was interesting, but my biggest problem was that you just went and burnt down a house, and were going to go kill a hermit for someone that you not only didn't know, but there is no good/evil dynamic or choices. If your character is good, then make all the choices much more in depth and make the game longer, giving you open ended choices to reach other paths, otherwise, do the same for evil. 3.) Ending was so anticlimactic I just raised a brow when it ended. 4.) I have to agree with masterwriter42 here, this is not a "Hidden object game", it's extremely reminiscent of a VERY simple, and VERY basic rpg game combined with point and click, hence point and click adventure category.
So, I like it, just could use some writing improvements, and a lot more work to be a 4/5 or 5/5 from me towards the category it REALLY belongs to, point and click adventure game.
3/5, reasoning;
1.) No real game ending 2.) No badges 3.) If you purchase fuel tanks and engines faster than you do hull, there is a chance that you will no longer be able to play, no matter how many map pieces you discover, due to not being able to go deep enough to finish anything.
That said, it was fun, if a little easy, and for the kind of game it is, if it had those things, I would have easily given it a 4/5 or 5/5 with some adjustments towards my points.
