This game is really boring; I've been here for a couple of hours or so, buying every data and intern upgrade i can, but there's nothing else here. Am I missing something? There's only three buttons I can click(including help).
If you only have 3 buttons it means that you are still in the tutorial, to complete it and unlock all other features you need to have at least 100 Rows and increase your Influence Limit to 1500 or higher
Either I clicked this game exactly 266 days ago(as it said when I clicked start/continue) and immediately left after starting, or this game has a glitch. I started with 30mil of wood and stone, and however much else of each other resource. all the resource gains were only at +1 or else I'd have a crazy large amount.
After I got to the millions of reset multiplier and on up, I forgot exactly where, but when I reset, my multiplier went to a literal 0. I couldn't do anything, no matter how much I clicked or did anything, I lost it all. I had to reset again with the basic multiplier of 1.2 something . 1/5 until this is fixed.
I don't like how John's education and crap are programmed to always be ahead of you in the early-mid game. Getting ranked first isn't that hard if you dabble in stocks(I'm actually down right now, PINK dropped from 2.1k to 1.3k, purchased at 1.7k), but it's kind of stupid that you're supposed to "compete" but it's just plain boring when the computer just cheats all the time. Always has a better job, always has better houses, cars, etc.
Also the energy bar is terrible. I thought we were above and beyond facebook games. If you program a game properly, you don't need an energy bar as an "easy way" out of properly adding decent content into a game. The stock market alone is fun enough to keep me here, but if it wasn't for that, the rest of the game doesn't interest me enough(in it's whole 90 seconds of playing every 6 hours) to outweigh the major thumbs down of an energy bar. I give this a 3/5 until I see some improvements, or some bug fixes at least.
All I did was buff up cultivation and exp, and used the arrow dudes. died a couple times at most through the entire game, and only really had any problems with the levels where you get random minions/spells. 3 stars everything on the first try (Except for 2 levels, 2 star'd them. did them again immediately after and got 3) Not sure how effective all the other units are, but the arrow dudes are overpowered. less than 1m30s for virtually every standard level.
Do you have to go in order of each item type? i.e. software to get hardware, hardware to get 'wapons', etc. I mean, I've been able to sell some hardware at a software level, but I only have software and androids, and they don't buy any androids at all, ever. Or is what they purchase based on reputation?
you can pause the game(Press P) if you stall, and then spam keys to un-stall. Can save your plane if you need the extra few seconds of time to not hit the ground to un-stall yourself.
I'm only two levels, in, and so far this is a pretty fun game, but I find it extremely annoying that I'm forced to use my skill points every time I get one. I'd like to save them until I know what I'm doing, and I don't want to be forced to buy a skill reset either because I put skills points where I don't want them.
I really liked this game, but I think it was way too short. I was somewhere around Caravels, and fleets slightly above my level started spawning everywhere. I took them down as they popped up every time, and I was getting about 60kG and 2kWP every fight. Within 10 minutes, I had 3 SOTL, full upgrades on each, and a few million gold- including the siege fights.
The weaker fleet goes first thing is a little wonky, I must say. When I fought fleets slightly weaker than me, they'd go first, and tear up my AP like mad, leaving me with few attacks. After that, it just spiraled out of control until I died. When they were stronger, it was really easy to just pop each ship once to get their AP below 45/30/15(depending), and that would cripple them enough to allow me to finish them off on the current turn or the following turn, most of the time.
All in all, I had a handful of fun playing this enjoyable(but short) game. I'd like to see more islands, ships or upgrades, or perhaps a sequel.
